If something here is wrong, or the software let you down, tell us and we will answer.
Bugs and missing features
The quickest route is the bug tracker, because that is where the code is and where a fix would land. You do need a free Buildmorphic account for it. If you would rather not have one, email us instead and we will raise it for you.

Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how you would like it put right. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
What happens next
We acknowledge every complaint within five working days and give a full answer within twenty. If it will take longer than that, we say so and tell you why, rather than going quiet.
Complaints go to a person, not a queue. Lightmorphic is a small company and the same people who wrote the software read the post.
If you are still unhappy
Say so in reply and we will look at it again. For a data protection complaint you also have the right to go to the Information Commissioner's Office at any point, without coming to us first.
